Kabaka Martin Kimathi

Kabaka Martin Kimathi is the Kenya Representative of Cargolite. He is an enthusiastic postharvest manager with determination and a proven ability to oversee the efficient harvesting, transport, intake, cooling, grading, processing, packing, pre-cooling and dispatch of flowers. He possesses the necessary management skills required to administer, improve and develop a packhouse to achieve maximum efficiency, cost effectiveness, quality product and efficient supply chain. A hardworking, pro-active individual with an upbeat positive attitude, who also has extensive knowledge on postharvest production, administration, quality assurance, operations and logistics. He holds a B.Sc degree in Agriculture.
He has worked as Packhouse Manager with Oserian Development Company Ltd, Batian Flowers Ltd and Magana Flowers Ltd; Project Manager for Oserian Development Company Ltd- Flowers; and as Quality Assurance Manager, AAA Growers Ltd - Vegetables.
