Appointed in 1988 UK Agrexco Manager for cut flowers and propagation materials, developed commercial ties with all the British Supermarkets for Agrexco.
In 1994 returned home to Israel and opened a cut flower export company (Agriver) that focused on the Russian market.
Appointed Flower Plus’s representative in Israel for cut flower purchases for Marks & Spencer. In 1998, further Russia’s economic crisis, expanded cut flower marketing to the UK and the rest of the world.
After 18 years of being a partner in the cut flower export company (Agriver), in 2012, I sold my shares and became the majority shareholder in the daughter company, Afrex, in South Africa.
In 2013 began the development of the Cargolite™ packaging concept, and in 2015 established the Kenyan company Njotland Markaeting & Export Co Ltd.
Today I am actively involved in the running of the following companies:
Afrex – exporting cut flowers and niche vegetables from South Africa
Nalto – development of the Cargolite™ packaging concept in Israel
Njotland – production and marketing of the Cargolite™ packaging concept in East Africa.
